Our Steam Cleaning Process
- Using a special pre-spray, we first levitate all the dirt and soil to activate the steaming process.
- Next, we use a “Steam” method, a hot water extraction process that clears off the dirt and gives your carpet a fresh, clean look.
- We then use our professional steaming carpet cleaning device to extract all the grime, soil, and dirt, anything that can be filtered from the surface, back into the machine. This helps us vacuum up more dirt.
- We apply a scent deodorizer that freshens up your carpets, making them smell and look as good as new.

- Any size room of 12x12 there will be a small additional cost.
- We ask to please move all small items off the floors and vacuum. .
- if you are more then 25 miles out of the Charlotte area there wI’ll be a $20 travel fee.
- You must spend a minimum of $99 in services for an appointment.
- Once you schedule an appointment please be aware that we do not move large furniture.
- If you cancel your appointment day of after confirming it the day before you will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
- If you reschedule the day of the $25 fee will go towards your carpet cleaning services but is still due day of.
